Recent Composite Decking Installation Examples
Our Recent Installations
As 2021 progresses, there is no let-up in the workload here at Northern Deckline. Our design and installation teams have been busy all over the region in recent weeks and have come up with a variety of design solutions to the delight of our many customers. Here we look at a selection of recent installations, showcasing the flexibility and creativity on offer if you make Northern Deckline your decking partner in 2021.
Creativity in Halifax
These before and after photos perfectly illustrate the transformative effect of composite decking in this back garden space in Halifax. The existing timber decking is looking tired and dated, and the installation of grey composite decking has made a dramatic difference. This customer loved their little seating area in this space, so we were able to update this too, and incorporate a new bench to sit nicely within the new decking area.
Skilful and stunning in Scarborough
This family in Scarborough wanted a new decking area in this space in the corner of their garden. The undulations in the lawn area were felt to be a possible obstacle, but not to our design team. We were able to incorporate different angled steps to level out the grass and create a large and spacious decking area, beautifully fitted in a natural walnut-coloured composite decking style. We are delighted with the results!
A matching finish in Wakefield
Sometimes we are asked to design and install fencing to work alongside a decking installation, and that can be sometimes challenging depending on the design of the garden and what the customer wants. This family in Kettlethorpe, Wakefield wanted a pebbled area in their garden and it was agreed that grey composite decking would work best alongside similar-coloured fencing. The end result has provided a modernised effect in this garden space and the family were amazed how it has freshened up and co-ordinated their outdoor space.
Going classic in Rotherham
This family in Rotherham, South Yorkshire wanted a traditional feel to their outdoor space, but we also added a modern twist which the customer loved. We went with an antique grey composite decking which worked alongside the grey soffit boards to accommodate the high steps that were required. The installation was finished off with glass panels, which are understated and despite being more of a contemporary feature, we think they work really well with this overall design.
