Composite Decking On A Flat Roof Installation

This dreamy outdoor space was recently designed and installed by Northern Roofline and Northern Deckline. 

Our customer in Lancashire, sought a design that was both visually pleasing and highly functional, specifically for an underground changing room area.
 
Firstly, a sarnafil flat roofing system was installed on the existing brickwork to create the underground changing room area. Known for its durability and resistance to weathering, Sarnafil membrane is guaranteed to last a minimum of 30 years. 
 
Secondly, the composite decking was built on top of the Sarnafil roofing system to create this stylish outdoor space overlooking the lake. The subframe was constructed and each composite decking board was cut precisely and secured to the subframe. Our top quality composite decking comes with a 20 years guarantee. The space was then finished off with a tinted glass balustrade. 
 
The result is a beautifully crafted environment that meets the clients needs perfectly.
